Appraisals

Blue Water Jewelers will be happy to furnish you with an 'Insurance Replacement Estimate' upon request for all items purchased in our store free of charge. Our highly skilled Graduate Gemologist is available to assist you in appraising any of your personal heirlooms for a nominal fee.  Appraisals will provide you with a full description, color pictures and today’s market value if the item was purchased in a store similar to Blue Water Jewelers. Pearl Restringing

At Blue Water Jewelers we can take care of all your pearl needs. Most pearl strands should be restrung every year or two depending on how often you wear them. Our professional stringer uses silk only to restring your pearls. Silk is more flexible ensuring that your pearls will rest attractively on your neck. We also put an individual knot between each pearl for safety. Pearls must be treated gently. Avoid direct contact with cosmetics, hairspray and perfume, which can damage your pearls. With pearls they should be put on last and taken off first. Pearls should be stored alone in a lined box.
