Therefore, we offer a 5 day full refund from the date of delivery or a 14 day exchange, on any purchase that shows no wear. Simply give us a call within 5 days of recipe and we will happily exchange or refund your money, no questions asked! Please include the original or a copy of the receipt with any return. If your purchase does not fit properly we will make as many adjustments as necessary to ensure a proper fit. To obtain authorization for a return call 904-829-5855.

Designer Engagement Rings & Designer wedding bands are made to order items (custom orders) and are not eligible to return.

**Custom orders may only be canceled within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. After 48 hours the deposit/payment towards your order is non-refundable.

How do I make an exchange?
Simply call 904-829-5855 to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization #)  Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise.

Where do I send my return or exchange?
Please remember to call first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused. Please send your return or exchange to:

Be sure to include the original diamond certificate for any diamond purchase. A fee of $75 will be applied for any diamond returned without it's original certificate.

At Blue Water Jewelers we offer a lifetime loose diamond upgrade guarantee. If you purchase a loose diamond from Blue Water Jewelers and want to trade it in later, we will give you 100% of your original purchase towards the purchase of a new diamond of greater value. This guarantee is for diamonds only, not mountings.*

* Setting charge extra. The diamond being upgraded must be in its original condition free of any chips or scratches, and also must be accompanied by it’s original laboratory report and /or BWJ appraisal.  The upgraded purchase must be 50% larger and of equal quality or better.
